If you work with numbers, graphs and databases, learning or enhancing your knowledge of Excel will help you get things done. In this introductory seminar, you will learn the fundamentals of Excel, such as moving around in the spreadsheet, entering data, and formatting. Concepts used on a daily basis with Excel, such as how to use formulas, functions, and the difference between absolute and relative cell addressing will be covered. This 10-hour OSHA construction safety class is intended to keep workers, foremen and business owners up to date on construction safety and health standards. Topics include Introduction to OSHA, Electrical Safety, Fall Protection, Excavation Safety, Scaffold Safety, Forklift Safety, Hand and Power Tools Safety, Personal Protective Equipment, and Confined Space Entry. You will learn which written forms are required by OSHA, what to do if an inspector shows up on your job site, and how to handle a citation.
