Getting Results: A Professional Development Course for Community College Educators

Getting Results: A Professional Development Course for Community College Educators is a fully online workshop for all faculty who teach at Colorado Mountain College. Please register via WebAdvisor; then check your Canvas course list the following day to access the Canvas course and get started! The content for this workshop is from the League for Innovation in the Community College.

  • Moving Beyond the Classroom
  • Teaching with Technology
  • Assessing Teaching and Learning

This training is graded as a “P” or “NP” (pass or no pass). There is one quiz per module.

This course asks you to keep a notebook and jot down your ideas. Your notebook can be on paper or a digital document–whatever works for you! Nothing gets the creativity going like putting pen to paper… or hands to keyboard! You’ll come up with lots of great ideas as you go through these modules. Be sure to capture them in your notebook so you can refer back to them.

Self-paced training; work at your own pace, any day or time before the deadline. Estimated completion time is 6 hours. This training must be completed by noon on Friday, July 31, 2015.
