Study Abroad with Colorado Mountain College

CMC offers faculty-led international programs each year of varying length and credit options. The programs are short-term, ranging from about two to six weeks, with rewards that last a lifetime. What the student needs to do and obtain in preparation for the trip will vary per program, but here are some starting points:

  • Click on your program of interest to get the faculty director’s contact information, program application, trip-specific requirements, pre-trip meeting dates, deadlines, and other essential information.
  • Once you have chosen your program, contact the faculty director. This will also be your point of contact for any trip-related questions.
  • Talk to a CMC counselor about how the international program credits fit with your academic plan.
  • Make sure your passport is up-to-date, and if not, take care of it as soon as possible. It can take up to one month to get a passport.
