This class provides a total cardio and muscle body workout. Aerobics include both step and kickboxing moves followed by conditioning using fitballs, dumbbells, body bars and resistance bands to enhance balance, stability, and core strength. There is also a focus on abdominal strengthening and stretching. All of these exercises may be adapted for any fitness level, so all are welcome! Please bring a water bottle and exercise mat to class. Meets Mondays & Wednesdays, 1/20-3/5. Cost: $81. Refund date: 1/17.
