Increases strength, flexibility and balance with a series of exercises using a fit ball, weights, bands and the ballet bar. We include circuit training. The emphasis is on core strength, which can improve posture and diminish lower back pain. Fit balls are provided. No class 3/11 or 3/13. Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1/14-3/27. Cost: $155.
