Basic Physical Conditioning principles and a program of exercise are introduced in this course. Emphasis is on the development of flexibility, strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. This class is for students with beginning to moderate exercise levels. This pass is good for 10 sessions of Physical Conditioning, valid from 1/13/14 through 4/17/14. Classes will be held at the CMC Parachute Center in Parachute.
