Basic Physical Conditioning principles and a program of exercise are introduced in this course. Emphasis is on the development of flexibility, strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. This class is for students 16 years and older, with beginning to moderate exercise levels. Classes will be held at the CMC Parachute Center in Parachute.
