Come enjoy the bounty of late summer with Chef Tracy as she focuses on her two favorite ingredients-Colorado pork and Colorado peaches. From peach-sherry vinaigrette and peach BBQ sauce, to braised pork-butt and grilled pork tenderloin, you will learn to enjoy these ingredients in a whole new way.
