Shotokan Karate is an effective form of self-defense and a great form of exercise. Shotokan Karate can improve strength, flexibility and cardio fitness. The philosophical framework for karate trains the body, mind and spirit. All levels are encouraged to join certified third degree teacher and practitioner David Light in exploring this karate art form.
