(CSU), Eden Vardy and Paul Huttenhower, who are all Certified Permaculture Designers with Aspen T.R.E.E. (Together Regenerating the Environment through Education), an innovative nonprofit that practices ecological farming at Cozy Point Ranch near Aspen (aspen-tree.org). Students will learn about all the components that make up a thriving, sustainable agricultural system.
