This full time faculty position begins August 2014. The successful candidate is expected to teach courses in business, economics, and statistics. The full time teaching load is 30 credit hours or equivalent duties per academic year, which may include evening, weekend, or online teaching responsibilities. Additional responsibilities include student advising and participation in various campus and college committees and community outreach. Salary range $59,827 – $73,639 depending on education and higher education teaching experience.

Prerequisites for Position (Qualifications Standards)
- Education and Training: Minimum of a Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 15 credit hours in the listed disciplines. Ph.D. preferred.
- Teaching Experience: minimum of one year full time teaching in higher education or equivalent taught as part-time instructor at the college level.
- Areas of Teaching and Professional Focus: minimum requirements are to teach 100-400 level economics courses in the Business Administration and Sustainability Studies programs, including but not limited to: Principles of Macroeconomics, Principles of Microeconomics, Issues in Environmental Economics, and Business Statistics. The successful candidate will be willing and able to teach a variety of courses as needed.
- Special Skills or Attributes: experience in variety of teaching delivery modes, excellent written and oral communication skills, flexibility and collegiality.
