No driving is required to access many outdoor Rocky Mountain activities at Colorado Mountain College’s Leadville campus
On-campus recreational opportunities include several kilometers of hiking and biking trails, a fitness trail, and an 18-hole disc golf course. For cyclists, the Mineral Belt Trail offers a 12-mile ride that begins and ends on campus.
You can see the Continental Divide from campus. Climbing and hiking, as well as world-class fly fishing, rafting and kayaking, are minutes away.
Historic downtown Leadville, with museums, shopping and dining, is less than a mile away.
