Conference Dining at CMC Spring Valley

Colorado Mountain College offers dining options that can fit your event. Customized catering services are available for all occasions, including everything from eloquent dinners, to outdoor cookouts, to premium boxed lunches for adventures on-the-go. Our Dining Hall offers buffet style service, with special concept stations such as Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Omelet and waffle bars, and so much more.

Our new Dining Hall will seat up to 250 attendees with an outdoor patio & fire pit also available for your use.
