Plant-Based Whole Food Cooking @ CMC in Glenwood Springs

Class Description:

Changing how you have been cooking food can be a challenge. The latest news in healthy eating is a plant-based whole foods diet. Come learn how to adjust your current cooking habits to this healthier way of creating yummy meals that prevent disease, diabetes, inflammation and general aging issues. This will be a fun, hands-on class and we get to eat what we create. There is a $20 food supplies cost payable to the instructor at the class session.

This course is the EMT Basic National Registry Practical Skills Exam. Students must successfully pass both EMS-145, EMS-146,& EMS-170 to be eligible to take the National Registry Practical Exam.
