Reiki is a gentle yet powerful method of healing the body on all levels; physical, emotional, and spiritual. This class will teach you what Reiki is, where it originates, its uses and benefits, and how to give a treatment to yourself and others. Class Description:

Students will see how far Quilting has come from Grandma’s style to the speedy present method of Quilting. You will learn piecing, appliqué, binding, cutting strips, how to use the rulers and tools of today to speed up your finishing process. A simple kit for a table runner may be purchased for $ 10.00 from instructor. The table runner is 36″ x 12″ and will include pattern, enough coordinated fabric to finish the top and binding. Students will need to bring thread, sewing machine, rotary cutter, mat, and the usual sewing basket. So, bring your lunch, chocolate, or whatever and lets have some fun.

Learn basic bike fit techniques and how to allow your bike to be comfortable and fun to ride for your specific needs. Practice pre-ride inspection of bike to make sure it is safe to ride and won’t cause a shortened ride experience… “If you fail to prepare, you prepare to fail.” Explore post-ride inspections and learn how to leave your bike after a ride in a way that ensures limited prep time the next opportunity you have to ride. Topics will include proper cleaning, application of lube, properly changing a flat whether front or rear tire, different types of inflation devices and technique as to make the task successful.
