Anyone can learn how to can jams and jellies, or salsa, relishes and pickled vegetables. The only prerequisites are the eagerness to learn and the interest in a healthier and smarter way to prepare and store foods. This class offers hands-on experience, step-by-step, in a fun environment. All participants will be able, upon completion of this course, to prepare their own jars of foods. They will be taking home samples of their work, as well. There will be an additional $6 fee for fresh canning produce per class session.
