Associate Degree in Nursing: info session @ CMC in Glenwood Springs

CMC nursing students develop patient and technology skills in lab classes.Are you ready to begin your career in nursing? Colorado Mountain College will soon be accepting applications for its Associate Degree in Nursing Program. Information sessions are scheduled for Oct. 15 at noon (Spring Valley) and Nov. 5 at 4 p.m. (Glenwood Center). Attendees will learn more about program prerequisites and requirements, the application process and financial aid. More info at 947-8257.

Do you need help? With the Dec. 15 deadline approaching, come to this hands-on workshop to learn the facts about the Affordable Care Act and how to sign up. This workshop provides an understanding of the ACA and the new environment of health care in our country (and in particular our state). Many people are confused about the facts about getting health care. Many are eligible for benefits for which they may not know they qualify. Come and learn to identify how you personally would (or wouldn’t) benefit from the new laws.
