Alsace is a historical region in northeastern France, bordering Germany and Switzerland. It has alternated between German and French control for centuries and reflects a mix of those cultures in their cuisine. Join us for an evening tasting delicious recipes such as Alsatian Onion Tart, Sausage with Sauerkraut and Potatoes, Pork Stew with Juniper Berries, and Traditional Fleischschnacka, a handmade pasta rolled with ground beef.
