The site was the final resting place of 41 different kinds of Ice Age animals including mammoths, mastodons, giant bison and more. It is one of the most significant discoveries in North America. Walk on the Wild Side with Garry Zabel
Discussion at the Ice Age Discovery Center from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. Later, 5:30 to 7 p.m., there will be a hike up the Rim Trail above the reservoir for a glaciology/geology walking lecture. Come prepared to hike and provide your own transportation to the trailhead.
