Pinterest is perhaps the most addictive social media-and probably the most fun. By the end of this session, you will be armed and ready to enjoy social media as never before. Completion of the Social Media 1 and Social Media 11 workshops in September is highly recommended, but not required. Students must bring their own device: laptops are recommended, tablets may be used, but are not recommended, smartphones (in addition to laptops or tablets) are helpful but not required. Glenn Vawter is Executive Director of the National Oil Shale Association, a not-for-profit oil shale education Organization. He currently provides consulting services to firms in the oil shale business. Glenn graduated from the Colorado School of Mines as a petroleum engineer.
