Join Roy Brandt in this four-workshop series that focuses upon getting familiar with Creative Cloud, Google Drive, Google Cloud Platform and Google Tag Manager. These workshops are part of the Isaacson School for New Media and are held Thursday afternoons at CMC in Carbondale. Are you an advanced beginner/intermediate or advanced player? Would you like to have a deeper understanding of the elements of your music? In this class we delve into more complex structure, rhythms, harmonies and scales. Students should bring music (and their instrument) so that the whole class can analyze it as a group. The class gives you a foundation to help create an environment to make your own music-making more fun, enjoyable and interesting. A basic level reading of music is essential. Photo of Man with BackpackEach of us has been blessed with some knowledge or wisdom that someone else was generous enough to share with us.  CMC would like to honor this spirit of generosity by inviting you to the inaugural semester of our new Gift of Learning Series, a number of free lectures and workshops presented by CMC students and staff at our Lappala Center in Carbondale during the spring 2014 semester.  Topics cover a wide variety of subjects.

Craig will examine the attitudes, values, and beliefs that we carry around with us in our invisible backpacks.  He will look at how the “stuff” in our backpacks influences how we evaluate people and situations. What happens when our behaviors align with our attitudes, values and beliefs? What happens when they do not align?

In this course, we will explore and discuss the bodymind’s steady-state DC electrical system, muscle testing as a digital feedback device, all medicine is energy medicine, the body is smarter than the mind, and other novel considerations to enhances the student’s understanding of health.
