This class is a form of Hatha Yoga that utilizes bio mechanical principles of alignment together with breath and a celebration of the heart. Each class is focused on a heart-related theme that brings awareness of how yoga brings us off the mat and into the world. The class is influenced by the principles of Anusara Yoga, which empowers the student to find a sense of ease, and move into challenging poses. The site was the final resting place of 41 different kinds of Ice Age animals including mammoths, mastodons, giant bison and more. It is one of the most significant discoveries in North America. Bring the kids and learn more about the discovery!
