Trip to the Silverthorne Outlets @ Meet in front of Coronado Cafe

We’ll be taking a van to the Silverthorne Outlets so you can grab all those last minute supplies before classes start on Monday. The Outlets at Silverthorne are providing goody bags with coupons and lunch voucher for all participants.

This intensive hands-on seminar on bread introduces the student to the basics of artisan bread baking. Learn to bake basic white bread, multi-grain boules, braided loaves, and a variety of French loaves such as batards, baguettes, ficelles and boules.
