Basic Physical Conditioning principles and a program of exercise are introduced in this course. Emphasis is on the development of flexibility, strength, and cardio-vascular fitness. This class is for students with beginning to moderate exercise levels. This pass is good for 10 sessions of Physical Conditioning, valid from 1/13/14 through 4/17/14. Classes will be held at the CMC Parachute Center in Parachute.

GEDimageGED prep classes start this week at Colorado Mountain College. Students who wish to enroll in prep classes must attend a registration session Jan. 13 at 9 a.m. for all Glenwood morning classes. Class sessions meet Mondays through Thursdays, 9-11:50 a.m.

Spring GED prep classes meet in Glenwood Springs on:
Mondays & Wednesdays, 9-11:50am,
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 9-11:50am, or
Tuesdays & Thursdays, 6-8:50pm

Registration for Glenwood prep classes is at 9 a.m. Monday, Jan. 13 for all morning classes and at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 14 for evening classes.

Spring GED prep classes meet in Carbondale on:
Mondays & Wednesdays, 6-8:50pm or
