Class Description

Shotokan Karate is an effective form of self-defense and a great form of exercise. Shotokan Karate can improve strength, flexibility and cardio fitness. The philosophical framework for karate trains the body, mind and spirit. All levels are encouraged to join certified third degree teacher and practitioner David Light in exploring this karate art form. Alpine Skiing & Snowboarding Classes @ Colorado Mountain College

The 10-week session will be held on Fridays, 1-4 p.m., at Sunlight Mountain Resort beginning Jan. 17, with a required pre-class meeting on Jan. 16 at the CMC Glenwood Center.

Advanced registration required. Cost: one credit hour of tuition plus a $180 supplemental charge that covers the extra costs associated with small group lessons. Students are responsible for their own transportation. If you do not have a season pass, Sunlight Mountain Resort offers a $50 package, available at the resort, to provide access on lesson days.
