Shotokan Karate @ Glenwood Springs

Class Description

Shotokan Karate is an effective form of self-defense and a great form of exercise. Shotokan Karate can improve strength, flexibility and cardio fitness. The philosophical framework for karate trains the body, mind and spirit. All levels are encouraged to join certified third degree teacher and practitioner David Light in exploring this karate art form. You need to wear comfortable athletic clothing (no short pants); an optional karate uniform is available from the instructor. Meets Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1/14-5/1. Class will not meet on Thursday, 1/16. Cost: $200. Refund date: 1/10.

Conversational Spanish I @ Glenwood Springs

Knife Skills @ Breckenridge

Knife Skills is one of our most popular classes and is recommended for anyone who is serious about improving their cooking skills. Learn about the selection, care and proper use of cutlery. Cutlery will be provided by CMC. This is a hands-on class with an emphasis on developing basic knife skills while learning classical vegetable cuts.

Late Night Gym & Climbing Wall @ Climax Gym

The Climax gym & climbing wall will be open late on Tuesday & Thursday for student use ONLY!

Due to school breaks and special events, Late Night Gym & Wall may occasionally be canceled. Please check back regularly to see when the gym & wall will be open.

PLEASE NOTE

The Climbing Wall will be closed to the public on Thursday Feb. 27th and Friday Feb. 28th for the Collegiate Climbing Competition.  Please plan accordingly!
