Open Mic & Talent Night @ Library Lounge in Pinnacle

Navigation & Performance @ Rifle

Class Description

Continue your journey by learning how pilots use both ground-based and satellite-based navigation charts. We will estimate flight time using E6-B flight calculators and complete a navigation log using performance data for a Cessna 172. (Two workshops)

The Climbing Wall will be closed to the public on Thursday Feb. 27th and Friday Feb. 28th for the Collegiate Climbing Competition.  Please plan accordingly!

iPads – The Second Chapter: There’s More to the Story @ Glenwood Springs

Join the class for continued exploration of the iPad, iPhone, and iPad Touch! Learn tips and techniques to customize and maximize the use of your device. Introductory class not necessary to attend this one, but basic iPad or other device knowledge is advised. Bring your devices and questions to class. Alice Brouhard, RN and Trainer researches applications and devices and teaches others to use technology to support their independence and self-management. That support comes in the form of iPad, iPod Touch, smartphones and apps. Cost: $35. Refund: 2/18.
