You, CMC, and Copyright Laws Webinar
Feb 21 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

Imagine this scenario: a student comes to you and says, “My text book is on back order and won’t be here until next week. May I borrow yours and copy the chapter you just assigned to read?” What is your response? Is this simple request a violation of copyright laws? Is this covered under fair use? Do you give your student the book, wondering whether the student might be breaking copyright laws?

Come to this live one hour webinar to find out the answer to this question and more! In this webinar we will cover CMC copyright policy, copyright laws, fair use, and DMRC.

This webinar will be held via a Collaborate web conference. The link to join the webinar will be sent via email to registered participants; you can also contact the webinar’s instructor for the link.
