Please join us for a free screening of the film “Running Wild” in the Allbright Family Auditorium at the CMC Steamboat Springs campus. The film tells the true life story of Dayton O. Hyde and his efforts to save the wild mustang. Screening to be followed by a discussion and Q & A with the film’s Director, Suzanne Mitchell.
The Steamboat Springs Campus Graduation is Saturday, May 3, 2014, 10:30 a.m. at the Steamboat Grand Hotel, 2300 Mount Werner Circle, Steamboat Springs, CO.
Our commencement speaker will be Dr. Carrie Besnette Hauser, CMC President.
A reception for the graduates and their guests will be held at the Neas Dining Center on the Steamboat Campus immediately following the ceremony.

Capture the glory of fall during this 3-day workshop. Lanny Grant will discuss and demonstrate techniques and work one-on-one to build your skills. Students will meet each morning at the campus then carpool to a pre-selected site.
Steven Hill’s work is exhibited and sold in nationally juried shows and is featured in many ceramics books. This workshop will be a demonstration forum. Steven will be giving a free slide presentation in the auditorium on Thursday evening 10/2 at 7:00 pm that is open to the public. Students may also register for a demonstration workshop on Friday and Saturday, 10/3-10/4 that will cost $180.
Join artist Dan Young for this 2-day workshop at the Silt River Open Space Park. Dan will help you with the fundamentals and discuss the importance of field work and how it relates to studio work. There will be demos, critiques and laughs.
