This work will enhance lung capacity, increase circulation, improve core strength and flexibility and connect you to a blending of the mind, body, and spirit. Learn to use your iPad or iPhone to its full potential. This class will teach you how to use your device to meet your own unique needs. If you are unsure of even the questions to ask in how to maximize your use of an iPad, this class is for you! An emphasis will be on teaching the use of apps that promote independence and self-sufficiency, especially for those with disabilities and individuals wishing to ‘age’ in place. This course will cover basic issues in immigration law that affect immigrant communities in Colorado and the U.S. Students will learn about some statutory law and about eligibility for family-based visas, U-visas, T-visas, VAWA, DACA, and the Dream Act. The course will also briefly touch on removal and detention proceedings for visa holders and non-immigrants as well as crimes that involve detention and removal proceedings. Whether you are an immigrant yourself or have worked or lived with one, if you want to have a better understanding of how immigration law works, this is the course for you.
