Students and parents can get free help filling out the application for federal student aid (FAFSA). The FAFSA is required for all students who plan to pay for college with the help of; grants, scholarships, work study and student loans. Bring the student’s and parent’s 2013 taxes or W-2′s and the student’s social security number. Be eligible for prizes! An evening for the public with three leading Alzheimer’s research scientists.
Exciting scientific progress is being made in discovering potential ways to predict, treat, delay and even prevent Alzheimer’s Disease. Concurrent with its joint scientific research conferences on Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s Diseases, Silverthorne-based nonprofit Keystone Symposia is hosting a free evening event for the public with three leading Alzheimer’s researchers: Dr. David M. Holtzman from Washington University School of Medicine, Dr. Richard Mayeux from Columbia University and New York Presbyterian Hospital, and Dr. John Q. Trojanowski from the University of Pennsylvania. Brief presentations by the panelists will be followed by audience Q&A.
