Aspen Housing

The Aspen area is, of course, a very desirable place to live. As a result, the cost of living in Aspen is among the highest in the state of Colorado. The median price for a home is over 4 million dollars. Affordable housing can be a real challenge, so students often live with roommates and live "down valley" in communities like Basalt, El Jebel, Carbondale, and Glenwood Springs. This campus does not have residence halls.

If you are interested in working for Aspen Ski Company (ASC), they do offer many options for more affordable employee housing.

Note: The College provides the above housing resources as information only and has not independently reviewed the quality, price or other features of any housing alternative listed. CMC does not endorse or rate off-campus housing options. The list of housing facilities on this site is not complete, and there may be additional housing options in the community.
