This course will cover planning and zoning, finding property that suites your purpose, the things you need to know for purchasing property and the requirements needed to submit building plans in order to retain a building permit. We will cover how to get approvals from HOA’s and local jurisdictions such as Towns and County. This course will also cover how to start your design and planning process and finding contractors that work together with you in building your dream home.
