Marie Orlin – Course Description: Photoshop
Marie brings years of professional and real-world experience with Photoshop to the CMC Summer Media and Technology Camp. She has taught a variety of classes including Photoshop and graphics classes at CMC since 2003. Marie has had a web design and consulting business since 1998, MWEBM.com. Her educational background includes an M.A. in curriculum and assessment and been in the classroom for over 30 years. She is an enthusiastic life-long learner participant, always excited about learning and sharing that adventure.
Matt Lit – Course Description: Digital Photography & Video
Matt is an award-winning professional photographer specializing in People & Dogs. His fine art photography is recognized internationally in exhibitions and competitions, including the International Color Awards, the International Black & White Spider Awards, the Center for Fine Art Photography, the Colorado Council on the Arts, Denver International Airport, and many other galleries. His wedding photojournalism and dog photography also receive awards. He has been teaching photography at Colorado Mountain College since 1995. Logan Weinman – Course Assistant: Websites
Logan Weinman is a graduating senior at Summit High School and an IB Diploma recipient. He brings to the CMC Summer Media and Technology Camp several years of experience in Adobe software and website design. Logan Weinman was a state winner and national competitor for his documentary, “The Hoover Dam Debate” at National History Days. Logan has worked for the past two summers at Camp Invention and is looking forward to starting college in the fall, studying math and science.
Robert Cartelli – Founder of Summer Technology Camp with a vision for the program to continue on giving middle school age students “the best week of their summers.”
