Residential Campuses

Three of our locations have on-campus housing, offering all the conveniences of independent living coupled with valuable support, learning and safety structures to facilitate student success. On-campus housing allows you to live, learn and play in the Colorado Rockies, affordably.

If you’re under 21 years old and a student at one of CMC’s residential campus, you are required to live in the Residence Hall. See Section II of the housing agreement for details and exceptions.
