Fall 2013 Offerings
Every month the Rifle Campus offers something new for you to pursue a personal interest, update your skills or just have fun!
Circuit Aerobic Weight Training, MWF 12p-12:50p, 8/26-10/11 or MWF 6:30-7:20p, 2nd session begins 10/14 at same times
Personal Trainer and Human Performance Specialist Tom Moher guides you through a series of exercise stations designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. This class is ideal for those with busy lifestyles. Please bring water bottle and small towel to class.
In collaboration with the Roaring Fork Business Resource Center, take only the classes you need or all 5 in a package deal, first class begins on 9/12 for $40.

Twilight Horseback Ride and Dinner, Saturday evening on 8/3
Want to learn the basics of flying? Take this series of classes beginning 9/10, all classes held at the GarCo Airport in Rifle.
Physical Conditioning Series
These classes are for students with beginning to moderate exercise levels, Begins 8/28 and continues throughout the semester, also available is a punch-pass option. Classes are held in the CMC building in Parachute.
