Spring 2015 Offerings

Every month the Rifle Campus offers something new for you to pursue a personal interest, update your skills or just have fun, this is just a small sampling below:

Beginning, Intermediate and Chair Yoga, offerings begin 1/12 & 1/13,  $65-$97

Build strength and flexibility with yoga! We have 3 classes at multiple levels for you to choose from.

Cross-fit for Beginners, MW, 6:00p-7:00p, 1/12-3/4, $86

This is a core strength and conditioning program  through a mix of gymnastics, cardio and weightlifting movements.

Tabata, W, 12:00p-12:45p, 1/14-4/29, $68

This exercise program incorporates 20 sec of high intensity exercise and 10 sec of rest for 4 minutes and then the exercise changes. All levels.

Weight-lifting for Women, TTh, 6:30p-7:30p, 1/13-2/26, $75

Learn to lift weights for every day strength and vitality. The instructor will help you target your weaknesses and teach you proper form. All levels.

Digital Photography for Beginners, W, 7:00p-9:00p, 1/14-2/18, $86

Learn the basics of how to use your digital camera and explore Photo Shop Elements to edit your photos.

Beginning Drawing and Painting, W, 6:30p-9:30p, 1/14-4/29,  $120

Learn the fundamentals of observation, drawing design, values and color from well-known artist, Lanny Grant.

Beginning Pottery, T, 6:00p-9:00p, 1/13-2/24, $85+$13

Learn to hand-build with clay and throw on the wheel, come experience in a stress-free environment.

Sewing, W, 5:30p-8:00p, 1/14-4/29, $151

Join us and learn some basic sewing skills or refresh your existing skills.

Car Care/Maintenance for Women, T, 6:00p-7:30p, 1/13-2/24, $60

Bring the owner’s manual for your vehicle and we will teach you the basics, everything from how to check your fluids and fix a flat to improving your mileage.
