It seems like there isn’t enough time in the day to manage your household, go to work, and spend time with your family, especially now that you’ve added college education to your busy schedule. Join us and learn what is taking up your time and how you can manage your time more effectively!
This class will introduce basic mountain biking skills and techniques. The primary emphasis is to gain an understanding of the basic principles of mountain biking. Students will develop skills and techniques for all riding situations, review bicycle anatomy, and learn basic maintenance repairs. Students must have a mountain bike and be at least 16 years of age. Instructor may be contacted with questions at (970) 319-7747. Friday class goes from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, Saturday class is from 9:00am to 1:00pm.
Through written exercises and a variety of videos, students will gain a basic foundation of the French language, including useful expressions and a guide to pronunciation.
