First Steps: Small Business Start Up

Spend one evening getting a clear picture of what it’s really like to run a small business.
This workshop is designed for people that have not yet started a business.  You’ll learn how to assess your strengths and weaknesses as a business owner, how to analyze the potential for your business, identify customers, build a revenue/sales forecast, build a monthly expense budget, and learn about sources that are available to help with funding and the planning process.
