Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President for Student Affairs, the Career Services Director identifies needed career services; coordinates with campus designees the assessment of student skills and aptitudes; provision of tools for career/life planning; information and assistance, manages the career services website including placement and internship opportunities, conducts compliance reporting; organizes regional job fairs.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Student Personnel, Higher Education, Counseling, Public Administration, Business Administration or related field and 5 years of experience in a career services or related field. Higher Education experience preferred. Master’s degree in above noted field preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of student involvement and diverse student populations essential. Ability to prepare and maintain statistical data; strong written, verbal, analytical and organizational skills necessary.
