The Executive Administrative Assistant serves as the primary staff person and liaison for the Foundation CEO & Vice President for Advancement. This position is responsible for providing front line administrative support, communications, research, and troubleshooting for a variety of unique situations. Makes high-level contacts of a sensitive nature requiring in-depth knowledge, initiative, discretion and diplomacy. The Executive Administrative Assistant will work with the Foundation Board, donors, CMC staff, and the general public.
Illustrations of the work include, but are not limited to, any of the following: oversee and ensure administrative operations function smoothly and effectively; independently investigate issues and problems, draft responses, identify, refers problems/issues to appropriate staff for action; provide follow-up; arrange, coordinate and maintain schedules and calendars, monitors and tracks deadlines; coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and projects, serve as the designated buyer for the division, and other duties as assigned.

Prerequisites for the Position
Education and experience necessary to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position. Examples of ideal qualifications include: a Bachelor’s Degree and three years related work experience, an Associates and five years, or High School/GED and seven years, or applicable combination of formal education and experience necessary for the position responsibilities.
