Colorado Mountain College in Edwards campus  an area from Vail Pass and the world-class ski resorts of Vail and Beaver Creek to the Glenwood Canyon and the unique and rich in character ranches of Eagle and beyond.

The Vail-Eagle Valley Campus is located along the Eagle River in the bustling yet quaint mountain town of Edwards (just 15 miles west of Vail). This campus offers quality academic and occupational degrees and certificates to the growing population in Eagle County.

The main campus, which opened in 2005, offers a broad array of courses in the main campus building including computer labs, a ceramics lab, art and dance studios, a science lab, and many multi-use classrooms.  The campus is known for its small class size, individualized attention to student needs, and a motivational learning environment.

Courses at Colorado Mountain College in Edwards are scheduled for the convenience of both working people and full-time students. Though the Vail-Eagle Valley Campus does not have residence halls, it does offer full degree and certificate programs. The campus is the anchor for the AAS in Fire Science and EMT and Paramedic programs. The campus also offers a European-style apprenticeship program in the Culinary Arts in partnership with Beaver Creek Mountain Dining.

In addition to classroom and distance learning courses, Colorado Mountain College in Edwards offers experiential learning opportunities in a mountain environment.  Amidst some of the most picturesque and daunting topography in Western Colorado, the campus offers students the opportunity to take full advantage of the challenges of nature such as whitewater rafting, ice and rock climbing, kayaking, fly-fishing, or push your limits on a backcountry orientation trek. Outdoor classes explore the wilderness from Canyonlands in Utah to the alpine summits of the Rockies.
