Connie Geiman is currently a doctoral student at UCCS Beth El, working towards a Doctorate of Nursing Practice.
She began a career in nursing education as an adjunct faculty member in 2009 and has been full time faculty at Colorado Mountain College since 2010. Connie is currently licensed in the state of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
Her clinical experience includes working in a level I surgical-trauma-burn intensive care unit at the University of Virginia as well as various travel assignments around the United States.
At the Spring Valley Campus Connie teaches Complex Medical-Surgical Nursing I & II, Pharmacology II & IV Therapy and clinical courses. Connie also works as a nurse in the Valley View Hospital Acute Care and Critical Care Unit.
When Connie is not teaching at CMC she enjoys swimming in the Glenwood Hot Springs Pool with her son Gus, hiking, camping the beautiful mountains of Colorado and traveling.
