The Continuing Education Director provides leadership for Roaring Fork Campus continuing education programs; promotes, supports, and integrates continuing education college-wide; provides oversight for Glenwood Center operations. Responsibilities include all aspects of overseeing continuing education programs for the campus, from development through programming and faculty scheduling; leading the college-wide Continuing Education Steering Committee and associated activities including development of a common name and brand for CMC continuing education; manages Glenwood Center facility, budget, and designated staff members.

Pre-requisites for Position (Qualifications Standards)
- Education or Training: Bachelor’s degree required or a Master’s degree preferred from a regionally accredited university. Degree in continuing education or a related academic field preferred.
- Experience in the field: Bachelor’s degree and 7 years’ experience required, Master’s degree and 5 years’ experience preferred. Combination of educational experience and administrative experience that includes at least one year of administrative experience and one year of instruction. Previous experience with continuing education in a community college setting preferred.
