The Annual Report Dashboard is an interactive snapshot of one academic year of data broken down into different segments to show the makeup of our student body. The Annual Student Data Report is a breakdown of distinct student headcounts by semester and annually by race, age, gender, residency status, credit type, department, and credit load. These headcounts are available college-wide and by location. Click on the image to the right to access this data.
The average class size refers to the mean number of student registrants during a given period of instruction by cost center area and site, and is created by combining registrations of multiple sections that are cross listed together into one course that are either held in the same geographic location or time before averaging. Independent study courses are excluded from the average. Click on the image to the right to access this data.

This dashboard includes five years of data that will inform programs regarding declared majors, graduates, courses and enrollments, student FTE and demographic information. This information helps generate the data elements of the Program Review Report created each year by certain programs. In addition, this tool will allow for more consistent monitoring of any given program, not just those scheduled for review. Data will be refreshed at the beginning of every semester. These data provide a look into the registration activities of various academic terms, providing distinct student headcount and a running sum of enrollments and FTE. The horizontal axis provides a transaction timeline, with the value “0” as the start of the term; selecting multiple like terms allows for a historical comparison. Multiple variable selections allow both course section and demographic filtering. The data are refreshed on a scheduled basis. Click on the image to the right to access this data.
This dashboard provides information on full- and part-time student retention, persistence, and completions. Cohorts are created each fall using first-time students to the College. Students are tracked and classified as completed, transferred, retained, or not retained. Retention is measured from fall to fall. Persistence is measured from term to term. A completion is defined as having received a degree or certificate. Click on the image to the right to access this data.
