Institutional Research supports continuous improvement by providing well-researched data for the educational community at CMC
The Department of Institutional Research’s role is to facilitate the collection, analysis, and reporting of institutional data in support of data-informed decision making, planning, and policy development.
The mission of the Department of Institutional Research at Colorado Mountain College is to advance the college’s vision and mission by helping to provide evidence of accountability, overall institutional effectiveness, and efficiency. This is accomplished by collecting, analyzing, and disseminating data to college-wide users and for State and Federal entities. We adhere to a professional Code of Ethics as set forth by the Association for Institutional Research. We maintain a healthy work environment that stresses collaboration and professional development, while supporting continuous improvement and the sharing of best practices.
