Let trainer Kim Perry lead you through a great fat burning workout with 30 minutes of cardio kickboxing followed by 30 minutes of Pilates-based floor workout. You will strengthen your core and imporove flexibility. Get your workout during your lunch hour twice a week and continue the day feeling strong and refrshed. This class will be held at our Downtown Academic Center located at 229 West Avenue, Rifle. Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing. Must be 14 or older to attend. No classes March 14 – March 18 for Spring Break
