Personal Trainer and Human Performance Specialist, Tom Moher, guides you through a series of exercise stations designed to improve cardiovascular fitness and muscle tone. Each station is set up to recruit different muscles while moving through strength and endurance exercises. This class is ideal for those with busy lifestyles. Please bring a water bottle and small towel to class. Students age 14 and older may enroll.
