Increases strength, flexibility and balance with a series of exercises using a fit ball, weights, b ands and the ballet bar. We include circuit training. The emphasis is on core strength, which can improve posture and diminish lower back pain. Fit balls are provided. No class 1 time TBA and 11/26.
