Basic physical conditioning principles and a program of exercise are introduced in this course. Emphasis is on the development of flexibility, strength, and cardiovascular fitness. This class is for students 14 years and older with beginning to moderate exercise levels. Try one class for FREE! Classes held at the CMC Parachute Center, 281 N. Parachute Ave., Parachute. This class will not meet the week of June 8th – 12th.
