This class is designed to help you reclaim your full range of motion, particularly in your hips and shoulders. Getting stronger is important, but getting stronger in an incomplete position (lacking range of motion) is doing a disservice to your body. This class will fix the position, and then make the position stronger. All levels are welcome and will be challenged due to the individualized nature of the class. Outside of the group warm-up and cool down, the entire class will customized to each individual’s limitations and needs. Soft tissue work, banded distraction, myofascial release, natural movement drills, and body weight exercises will all be utilized to increase your mobility (the intersection of flexibility and strength) and reclaim your natural range of motion. Parker’s training philosophy is based around empowering people through movement. He is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer with a focus on movement and longevity.
