Servsafe Manager Certification 01/21/2014 – 01/21/2014, $199, Course # HOS-901-VE03, Syn # 80724, ServSafe Food Protection Manager’s Certification is nationally recognized as the leader in food safety education. This is an 8-hour intensive training. The certification is valid for 5 years. The course will cover the importance of food safety, good personal hygiene, time and temperature control, preventing cross-contamination, cleaning and sanitizing, safe food preparation, receiving and storing food, methods of thawing, cooking, cooling and reheating food, HACCP, facility maintenance and management, pest control, and food safety regulations. Cost includes textbook and exam. Registration deadline is January 9, and books will be available for pickup that day. Pre-study is recommended.
